  • The NCB-1230 is an environmentally friendly non-CFC chiller that uses the R290 non-CFC refrigerant.
  • Useful for temperature control of jacketed columns and electrophoresis, as well as microtube reactions using the built-in water bath.
  • Suitable for diverse applications such as chemical reactions, reagent preparation, analytical instruments, viscometers, and external circulation.
  • Compact and space-saving design allows for easy placement either on or under a laboratory bench.
  • When communicating with a PC, you can perform remote operations such as fixed value operation and step operation, as well as control and recording of temperature trend data, via the dedicated software EPMon2025.

Environmentally friendly non-fluorocarbon chiller (Model NCB-1230)

Variable independent overheat protector

It is equipped as standard with an external temperature sensor terminal that enables control based on the temperature of the circulation destination (internal temperature control), an analog output (lead wire option) for a recorder to record temperatures, and an alarm output terminal.
Using the optional external temperature sensor, you can perform temperature control corresponding to external devices or sample temperatures.

Equipped with a variable independent overheat protector as standard, which can be set according to the operating temperature.

  • Performance values are based on an ambient temperature of 20°C, rated power supply voltage, 50Hz, and no-load conditions.
  • When setting the liquid temperature below 10°C, use an anti-freeze fluid.
  • The temperature control range is -20 to 95°C when the ambient operating temperature is 30°C or higher.
  • Depending on the conditions, the refrigerator may perform ON-OFF operation around the set temperature of 40 to 65°C, which may reduce the temperature control accuracy (approximately ±1.5°C).
  • A flow stop valve is not equipped. Please purchase it as an option.
