We are happy to announce that non-CFC low temperature bath NCB-1230 has been launched.
The NCB-1230 model achieves a wide temperature control range through cooling by a refrigeration unit and heating by a heater. Equipped with a high-performance pump providing stable circulation, enabling a wide range of applications including circulation to external closed systems.

- Electronic component evaluation systems and semiconductor test fixtures
